A look at the career of the songwriting and record production trio consisting of Mike Stock, Matt Aitken, and Pete Waterman, a story of incredible success but also of fractured relationships and court cases. Chapter 1: Examines the early days of SAW and the very varied cast list of acts who entered their world, from the outrageous American drag star Divine, who gave them their first Top 40 hit, through to Hazell Dean, who took them into the Top 10. Chapter 2: A look at the success of Rick Astley, Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan in 1987, and how disco legend Donna Summer became the latest star act to seek the Stock Aitken Waterman magic. Mike, Matt, and Pete reflect on the success they had during this time and how as their success grew so did the industry's difficulty in embracing them.
